Good morning! Happy to have hit my 1st milestone! The first pic was some time in 2021 after covid. The isolation and anger took it's toll. And like many, I had basically given up. Sadly, a couple of friends didn't make it. I am pretty surprised I did tbh. Took time, but here we are now 101 pounds later. Still plenty of work to do, but you gotta start somewhere. So yeah maybe it's kinda narcissistic to do this, but maybe it'll also help someone. Shouldn't that always the goal? It is for me. I have made a ton of mistakes in my life, but even as a young guy teaching and all the things I have been blessed to do through today, I can say that's always been a part of it. WE fix the world, together. All thanks and glory to God. Always. If I can overcome as weak and feeble as I can be, so can you 😉 Praying you all have an amazing weekend, and let's hope @loucityfc can get a big win this afternoon!
