The problem with inflated success metrics isn’t just the dishonesty.
It’s the pressure it puts on others to make up their own numbers.
You see posts like:
“$200k month”
“$250k in sales in 2 weeks”
“Just landed a $100k project”
And suddenly you’re questioning your own progress.
You’re working hard, delivering great results, but it doesn’t feel like enough anymore.
You start wondering…
Should I talk bigger? Round things up? Flex a bit more?
That’s how we ruin the culture of this industry.
When everyone feels the need to perform, instead of share.
Most people making big money aren't posting about it.
And most people posting about big money aren't making it.
There’s nothing wrong with growth. I want everyone to win.
But if the only way you feel heard is by inflating the story, we’re doing something wrong.
We’ve had amazing months at DesignMe.
And other months that were dry. Projects paused. Deals fell through.
That’s how it goes.
You want to build credibility?
Tell the full story.
Not just the best one.
Normalize real numbers, real context, and real conversations.
Because this game’s already hard enough.
No need to make it harder by faking it.
We don’t need more hype.
We need more honesty.

Live like the honeybee.
It believes its only task is to collect nectar and return to the hive to make honey.
But along the way, it carries pollen—unintentionally—dropping it here and there. Sometimes, it never makes it back. Yet from that pollen, forests are born.
A single bee, chasing its simple purpose, ends up feeding generations it never sees.
You may think you know your purpose. But Allah writes layers into every step—missions within missions, ripple effects beyond imagination. What feels small in your hands may be infinite in His plan.
So don’t limit your life to what you think you’re here for. Don’t just chase honey.
Plant forests. Even if you never sit in their shade.
