How do academics feel about companies harvesting your email address from university directories to send you marketing emails?
I booked a hotel room with @travelocity and when I arrived the hotel was full. Hotel said to request a refund from Travelocity. Now Travelocity is denying a refund because they can’t reach the hotel (after trying for 3 days). Anyone had similar experiences?
