A fantastic performance from our Development Team to secure their first league win of the season!
Goals from Sophie Wilson and Molly Winter, with a special mention to outfield player Betsy Clark, who stepped up and handled herself brilliantly in goal.
A great team effort! 💪🐯
We had this at Armthorpe. A brilliant idea and one of the few things I do miss about NCEL management 👌
Back in Wolves, we had a “spin the wheel” moment: you could only spin it after getting fined, or if you touched the wheel!
So, for every 100 reasons you could get fined for, you would have the chance (or bad luck 😅) to spin the wheel and get one of these options:
Double the fine
Come dressed up in a fantasy outfit
Spin again
Fine +£100
Buy donuts for everyone
Pass the fine on to another teammate
No fine
Pay £1,000
It was such a great idea and made for some really funny and intense 😂😂 moments around the wheel every time someone had to spin it!!

Congratulations to Evie-Mae Wilkinson on making her Tier 3 debut in our last match! 👏
Evie came off the bench to make her first appearance in Tier 3- a brilliant achievement and a proud moment for everyone at the club.
A big milestone and surely the first of many!

Estrela da Amadora's SAD has been SOLD for a record €40M to a German group led by Mats Hummels, Thomas Müller and Yann Sommer.
It is the biggest ever sale of a Portuguese SAD.
Paulo Lopo had originally bought the club for just €72K in 2020.

However, Sunday’s fixture has now been changed, with the Devs set to face Grimsby Town away from home with the game due to KO at 2PM.🐯

The Devs narrowly lost 2-0 today with a goal in each half for our opponents.
A good performance, with chances created, we just couldn’t take one. Much improved, now onto preparations for another home game next week against Bradford City.

A new football club has been born on the Lisbon coast. You will not have heard of KAIS FC, but if the ambitious people behind the project fulfil their goal, you will soon enough. Top-flight football within a decade is the aim portugoal.net/club-news/5835…
