There is a shortage of top notch air traffic controllers. If you have retired, but are open to returning to work, please consider doing so.

Any gaps in airspace management by air traffic controllers IS critical. And this industry is woefully understaffed as it currently stands with no clear answers in sight as to how to fill all CRITICAL positions.
