Court delays have left complainants and defendants in limbo for too long, yes.
There is not a shred of published evidence - not a scrap of paper - to show that removing juries from serious criminal trials will reduce delays.
The @MoJGovUK have got nothing at all.
As the @victimscomm said on @channel4news last night, court delays have left victims in horrifying limbo for too long.
Our reforms will reduce delays and speed up justice for victims.
