I received an email from @SVB_Financial yesterday stating that our #PPPloans has been approved. But there was meant to be a DocuSign sent 'shortly after' to approve and I haven't received that. Should I be concerned?

It's a pity that @AirCanada cancels booked and paid for tickets for flights in 2021 without a word of explanation and then doesn't even refund the whole amount. Very disappointed. ☹️
ZERO response from @SVB_Financial on when my company could apply for a PPP loan. We expressed interest 6 days ago, and other clients have been able to apply since Tuesday. All tel support lines are down. Wow, how great to be a long-term customer of the Silicon Valley Bank.
Could someone at @SVB_Financial confirm if the PPP application tasks are still being sent out? It's TUESDAY 8:40pm PT and we haven't received ours yet. I'm disappointed and worried.
