"That night in Toronto with that checkerboard floor.... " I got a call from a friend.... "We need an MC for a gig we're doing..." What a night teaming up with Grace 2 for Hospice (Toronto) celebrating the music of The Tragically Hip at the legendary Horseshoe Tavern. The Hip and dozens of other Canadian bands played this venue. I got goosebumps being here, touching the same stage they all performed on. An Amazing night.

A big warm welcome to the newest store now open in Wallaceburg. "The Local" is carrying men's clothing and it's a great store! Love it! Located downtown just two doors down from the radio station and behind Goldcoast Fashions. You can access the men's store through the women's store..... or enter through the back door and parking lot. I love the selection.... I bought a couple of items, Very affordable and great brand names. I'll be back again.

A little appreciation post The Wallaceburg Concert Band They performed today at The Capitol Theatre in Chatham to celebrate their tenth anniversary. (BTW - a great crowd), This group of musicians are absolutely incredible. I get a chance to see a little of their preparation(a small snippet) The dedication they put into perfecting their craft would impress you. You don't get to step on stage and make that sound happen without good leadership (Dave Babbitt) and countless hours of work, practice and dedication. I'm blown away every time I hear them. A must see event the next time they perform. As for The show - The unique arrangements they select, Rock, Pop, Country, Opera, Movie scores.... it blows my mind the journey they take you on with their performance. Truly a Gem of Chatham Kent that everyone needs to see once. (You'll go back) .. ❤️🎶 Thank you.

One of the toughest things for a young new home owner is finding a mortgage payment that fits their budget? What if you bought a home, and you lived in one side and someone lived in the other side. Their rent helps with your mortgage payment. It's very popular in Toronto, and now that concept is coming to Wallaceburg. We will be on site this weekend at the newest building project. Open House: Saturday 10a-4pm. Sunday 10a-4pm. On site office- 116 Lorne Ave Wallaceburg. The Old W.T. Laing site. 32 modern semi-detached homes at Elizabeth & Lisgar Street —
