1) Free speech is a right
2) Private businesses have a right to choose their customers & to moderate content
3) Consolidation of power in the hands of a few billionaire oligarchs is bad
4) Consolidation of TV/radio/news/media companies is bad
So … I guess he’s no longer denying he illegally had these National Security secrets or claiming that they were “planted” by the FBI….

The constitutional provision, as interpreted by the Court, required the Commission to attempt to comply with the proportionality goals. This requires evidence. It requires more than just saying, "I tried."
