Interesting how strongly Energy White Paper re-asserts EPC "C" by 2035 target, and talks in terms of EPC ratings - looks like the EPC Energy Efficiency Cost rating - with all its challenges- is going to be our headline metric for home decarbonisation for the foreseeable.
