been digging through the Lineth Github and docs lately and found a couple of interesting things on oct 14, developers merged new RISC-V proof coordination code basically, they're building the infrastructure that organizes ZK proofs and prepares them for submission. still in development, but interesting progress but here's what caught my attention even more according to the official docs, institutions building private networks with Lineth can choose Linea Mainnet as their finalization layer instead of Ethereum L1 private L3 -> Linea -> Ethereum this means institutional networks could actually generate transactions and fees on public Linea, potentially contributing to the ethereum:0x1789e0043623282d5dcc7f213d703c6d8bafbb04 buyback and burn mechanism and Linea is explicitly presented as the cheaper, faster option this architecture isn't brand new, it's been documented for months but i find it pretty interesting that Consensys has already designed a path for institutional infrastructure to connect with the actual Linea Mainnet definitely something worth watching
