Come on @LNER. Sort yourselves out. Private company. Millions of pounds turnover, yet no resilience to folk on the line or people getting on later trains. Sort this out.
Looks good so far couple of good talks coming up then mine! #NUTHcriticalcareconference

Any role for pharmacotherapy in delirium prevention for higher risk patients? Or just modify environment, look for it, and sedate (if needed) when it happens?

Frontline medicine is highly complex, fast-paced & potentially dangerous. Whist I welcome the #BawaGarba judgement, the situation will repeat itself without legally mandated safe staffing & proper accountability of NHS employers & regulators who fiercely defend their reputations

BREAKING. Dr Hadiza #BawaGarba has won her appeal against @thegmc.
Heart goes out to Jack Adcock's family - but immense relief @thegmc has failed to scapegoat one junior doctor for appalling system-wide failings. Their apologies now urgently needed.

#Breaking Dr Hadiza Bawa-Garba, who was convicted of gross negligence manslaughter after the death of six-year-old Jack Adcock, has won her Court of Appeal challenge over the decision to strike her off
Well done appeal team!. I remain disappointed by the original GMC high court action. I hope this reassures junior doctors that to err is human, and not career ending -especially when working in unfit systems. #BawaGarba
