.g domains are moving to Gravity L1 Mainnet as part of Gravity’s network upgrade 🆙
As part of @GravityChain’s upgrade to Gravity L1 Mainnet, .g domains will also migrate from Gravity Alpha Mainnet to L1.
Existing .g domains on Gravity Alpha Mainnet will be snapshotted on Oct 15 and migrated to Gravity L1 Mainnet by Oct 31. New .g registrations will be paused during the migration window to avoid potential access issues.
Starting Nov 1, all new .g registrations will be deployed directly on Gravity L1 Mainnet.
Fast Withdraw is now available on the official Gravity bridge, enabling $G transfers from Gravity Alpha Mainnet to Ethereum without the seven-day withdrawal waiting period. Fast Withdraw transfers typically complete in around 10 minutes.
This option applies only to new transfers. Pending withdrawals submitted through the canonical bridge will continue under the original process and cannot be accelerated through Fast Withdraw.
You can bridge $G from Gravity to Ethereum via the link below: g.xyz/gravity-fast-withdraw
We're seeing a significant price dislocation for $G token across exchanges. The spread between certain exchanges has remained above 30% for several hours and peaked at over 40%.
The issue is primarily related to liquidity fragmentation and bridging constraints between Gravity Alpha Mainnet and Ethereum.
The team is actively working on a solution to enable users to bridge assets from Gravity Alpha Mainnet to Ethereum more quickly and efficiently. We are treating this as a priority and will share further updates as we make progress.

As Gravity moves fully to L1, Gravity Alpha Mainnet support is winding down.
USDC.e, USDT, ETH/WETH, and other @StargateFinance-supported assets bridged to Gravity Alpha Mainnet should be bridged back to Ethereum before November 1, 2026.
After the deadline, assets remaining on Gravity Alpha Mainnet may lose transfer access.

Sub-second finality is not just a performance metric for us.
Our objective with Gravity is to make onchain execution responsive enough for applications that need to act continuously, especially agent-driven systems.
When an agent needs to read state, execute a transaction, settle value, and trigger the next step, finality becomes part of the user experience. The longer that loop takes, the more the product feels like a stop-and-wait workflow.
Gravity is designed to compress that loop.
With parallel EVM execution through Grevm and a consensus layer built for fast finality, Gravity gives applications a faster path from intent to confirmed state.
That is the difference between faster infrastructure and agent-native infrastructure.

Bridge Assets Out of Gravity Alpha Mainnet Before Nov 1.
Gravity Alpha Mainnet will be deprecated as part of the Gravity L1 transition. Users should bridge assets out before November 1, 2026.
$G can be bridged through the official Gravity Bridge. $USDT, $USDC, $ETH, and other supported assets can be bridged through @StargateFinance.

Gravity L1 Migration: g-token:native Token Details 🧵
Gravity Alpha Mainnet (L2) is being deprecated in favor of Gravity L1. Users must bridge all assets off the L2 before November 1, 2026. The L2 network will be unsettled on November 1, 2026.
Important: This is a chain migration, not a token migration or redenomination. The g-token:native ERC-20 contract is unchanged — no token swap, no new token contract, no address change.

Great breakdown from the @Quicknode team on Gravity L1 architecture🌀
Developers looking to build high-throughput applications and AI-native backends on @GravityChain L1 can now leverage QuickNode's global node network out of the box.
Gravity Mainnet is live on Quicknode. Built by @Galxe, @GravityChain is a parallel EVM Layer 1 with sub-second finality, 12,000+ TPS, and an oracle built into the protocol itself.

TL;DR
- World computer for the agent era
- Gravity Skill for AI coding agents
- 12,000+ TPS powered by Gravity’s parallel EVM
- Native oracle for real-world data

Engineered for agents with blockspace as a public good:
.@GravityChain is now live.
- 12,000+ TPS for ERC-20 transfers at 200-millisecond block times, with substantial modifications to Reth, including a more pipelined architecture and optimizations to Reth’s merklization and storage.
- Nonzero fees low enough to scale agent workloads while still preventing sybil attacks.
- A Native Oracle allowing external-world state to be observed onto Gravity without adding an extra trust assumption.
- An installable Skill that lets any compatible coding agent operate or build on the chain directly.
- G, the network’s native gas, staking, payment, and governance token.
