Been a lot of chatter this week about grass vs plastic on high use multi event stadiums. We’ve hosted 8 football games and 2 soccer matches in the last 22 days, with another soccer tonight. Anything is possible with the right support, personnel and tools. My crew rocks!

This week in pictures. Yes, I’m intentionally leaving out the part where we got 3” of snow. Scalp Northbridge to 3/8”, get rye practice field ready and painted, set up @SGLsystem LED grow light. We have 4 turf pods under the light, should get a lot of great data over the weekend.

It’s HOT! Summer time GRIND really is here in the Sports Turf Industry.
GREAT reminder from my friend @marcaross this AM. “No excuses, keep grinding. BE A VERB”
Even in the grind, I can imagine NOTHING ELSE I would rather be doing

On Field Maintenance - hosting 26 Pro teams for 6+ wks w only 14 training & 3 match pitches = WOW
@ESPNWWOS Field Maintenance should receive multiple awards for their work. Instead - outside MLS - most of the Field Maintenance industry has ignored them/the event
