This is the way.
It seems I've learned everything I need to know about chicken wings, but was afraid to ask, since I've been following the BBQ herd on X.
I've smoked, soaked, brined,seared, grilled.,etc.
I think I'll always lean on the standard grilled... especially with all of the amazing spices/rubs and sauces that can be found on X.
No sauce wings seasoned with Dad's Adobo and SPG

My pond "died" when a snapper decided to dig it's winter den in front of where we fed the fish.

I finally got the Halloween update! The splash intro is cool and I love the walking zombie skeletons in the parking lots!
So I asked Grok why I'm seeing so many all-black wooly bears this year and was told it's not a wooly bear because wooly bears look like this.
Then Grok proceeds to tell me a cold wet summer can keep the wooly bear from molting and it won't grow the brown center band.
We had a cold wet summer!
