Seeing this photo gives me mixed feelings. On one hand, I feel joy that people are getting real use out of my product. On the other, I feel a sense of despair because I feel like the product is not good enough. Too many bugs and issues. Too much time between releases. UI looks like it's from 2005. I'm trying to get everything up to a standard of quality I can actually be proud of. Because I am not proud of what is in production today. Our backlog is multiple years long at this point... and AI is both a blessing and a curse. I wish I had a better explanation for why I'm so frickin' slow. I look at some other builders in the community and wonder how they're able to maintain the energy and velocity they have. And without even doing the kinds of fundraisers we've pulled off. Impostor syndrome really hitting right now.
