Solid thread, all amazing points. The community built by @genuinearticles is one of the few reasons I still somewhat pay attention to crypto stuff. In my personal opinion, and through all the founders I have talked to, nobody does it better than Pace.

A CALL FOR PEACE IN THE MARKETPLACE WARS
We hold these truths to be self-evident:
1. If you incentivize listing and selling, you will get more listing and selling.
2. If you incentivize buying and holding, you will get more buying and holding.
Marketplace incentives are broken and everybody knows it.
But the marketplaces aren't suffocating price action because they hate NFT holders.
They are just acting in their own self interest.
And if they BOTH agree to move fees back to the seller, they will not lose any competitive advantage.
And the entire market will be better off for it.
