Thanks @J_A_Goldberg always a pleasure to catch up and see the great you and the club are doing.
Nothing better than being out on the grass talking rugby and sharing some ideas - see you at Bramley Road soon
Always a pleasure to work with and see @GrantCoachDev in his element.
A hugely influential part of my coaching journey when doing my ERACA as my mentor and constantly working hard as a @ERrugbycoach developer in Herts and Middlesex to building coaching in the area 💪🏼

Match officials at all levels get too much 💩 said to them - this isn’t rude from @Luke_W_Pearce this is a fair response to constant ‘input’.
Farrell offers opinion as part trying to influence & that’s fine but it works both ways. The ref isn’t being rude by using the same tone! – at Hemel Hempstead, East
OW “that’s 3 at the maul”
LP “ thanks, I can count”
OW “don’t be rude to me, there’s no need to be rude to me”

Learning about our learners - giving them the chance to show us what they know through micro coaching so we can differentiate their experience and not just give a stuffy formal assessment here on the @EnglandRugby Coaching Award @ealingtfrugby 🏉 🧠 – at Ealing, London
Thanks @brucewilson283 and everyone who came tonight. Always a warm welcome @verulamiansrfc even on a colder evening!
Lots of great scrum chat - how to get the physical foundations to do the technical stuff which enables us to do the tactical. – at Hemel Hempstead, East
Fantastic evening of coach development down @verulamiansrfc on @RFU @RFU_GameDev Principles of Scrummaging course lead by the hugely knowledgeable @GrantCoachDev Brilliant to see nine Vees coaches through this great content as well as a great turnout from other @hertsrugby clubs.
@DulwichCollege today for @EnglandRugby Coaching Award a wonderful facility for this very large group of learners, lots of great idea sharing and variety in the coaching. – at Camberwell, London
The last of my Kids First Contact courses this season @camelotrugby in Hemel Hempstead.
The course was instigated by them 👏 and brought together well over 20 wager learners.
Last night we did some recaps of the tackle area and spent lots of time on the scrum! 🏉 – at Hemel Hempstead, East
My tour of the south east continues and today it’s @Harlequins The Stoop in twickenham for the next @EnglandRugby coaching award.

Can only speak of our own experiences: everyone’s intent is better in the games I’ve seen this season. Early days at the start of a new leg of the journey in protecting players & in turn the sport we all love. Let’s start from a place of common ground as we discuss the future 🏉
🏉We know from previous law changes that adaptation takes time for both players and referees, but it would be wrong to suggest, as this article does, that early reactions to the new tackle height are purely one-sided.

Even when it rained things were good - that’s when you know it went well!
Lots of knowledge shared/challenged/considered, attendees brought a lot to the table via discussion and then on the grass.
👏@SaracensAmateur for hosting, looking forward to next Tuesday and part 2 🤜🤛
A wonderful evening at Bramley Road last night! An @RFU_GameDev kids first contact course with @GrantCoachDev, U14s, Colts & Seniors training and welcoming back former age group player and Bramley Road favourite @nickauterac for a forwards session!
