The Grand Hotel This famous former hotel is set to reopen this summer following its £45m refurbishment. The Grade II listed building on Colmore Row will include 185 bedrooms, rooftop garden terrace, bars, restaurant, gym, event spaces and a wealth of period features. Excellent!
