I used to spend every single minute loving this sport, counting down pre-season and summer breaks, scheduling my life around race weekends; now I debate whether to watch the race live let alone anything else.
Can we go back to 2007-2013 please? 🏁
Final whinge, because well Twitter loves a moan, I hate flares at the track.
It might look great but it’s not safe during the race for the Marshalls, the drivers and also for the fans having to inhale it. How it’s still allowed is beyond me.
But, whether you’re a fan or not there’s something to be said for a driver and his car that he can start p14 and win the race, in the dry, on pure pace.
It’s not great for the viewership but phenomenal from @Max33Verstappen and the @redbullracing team.
It’ll be a shame that after the efforts that F1 have put in to increase the viewership will be pointless with not enough interest even for most of the die-hard fans to be enthralled by, let alone new fans.
Not that I actually agree with some of the new direction it’s going in.
It says a lot about today’s race and to be honest on the whole the season this year that I am that bored that I’ve logged into Twitter and realised I’ve not tweeted all year.

England have lost this 6 nations due to their foul count. Needs to be addressed and reviewed along with team selection. Some players have not found their feet in any of the games so far. We’re better than this.
I don’t know what was worse; the officiating or the two press interviews shown with Farrell today.
Rugby is usually a sport with such professionalism and fair play to Farrell for not discussing the incidents today but that man has the patience not many of us would have.
