2022 was a turbulent year for me; I had to undergo a knee replacement surgery & struggle through rehab to get moving again. Regardless of the odds, we were able to establish two modern clinics in rural Liberia 🇱🇷 particularly in #Ziah Town Medical Clinic , Tappita, Nimba County

Unbothered 😎💙🫶🏾

Last night I watched @realmadrid against @Villareal__CF and I could recognize my team 😫🙄. It seems as if they were playing a totally different sport that they were only taught to play yesterday morning. I don’t think Mourinho has done a good job and I am afraid about the El Clasico. @FCBarcelona_es look sharper and firing from all cylinders. I am WORRIED 😟

I don’t know whether it is just me but @realmadrid performance tonight is way below average. The team is playing like a group they just introduced to a new sport. Individually lackluster and collectively confused 😕😳🙄

Machine 😬😬😬

This was exactly what I said to a couple of friends over the weekend. Even people who hate @Cristiano can not disagree with the fact that he has given everything to Portugal 🇵🇹 over the last two decades. I am happy that Portugal 🇵🇹 knows that! CR7 cannot leave the national team on this note. His departure has to be beautiful and special as the special player that he is.

Yesterday, L-Pro Solutions presented the preliminary findings of our Institutional Assessment of four CBOs to SOS Children’s Villages Liberia. A productive validation session focused on evidence, institutional capacity, risks and practical recommendations for strengthening partnership readiness. Evidence-led. Risk-aware. Practical. #LProSolutions #InstitutionalAssessment #Liberia

Bucket list moment checked. ✅ Over the weekend, I had the privilege of visiting Robben Island—a place where history, sacrifice, resilience, and the struggle for freedom come alive. Walking through its gates and prison cells was both humbling and unforgettable. Some places you visit; others stay with you. 🇿🇦 #RobbenIsland #CapeTown #SouthAfrica #BucketList #History #Freedom #TravelMemories
