Scammers busted!!!👍👇 Unfortunately, there's a lot more on X and other platforms. The lawsuit and named individuals are included in the thread.
X filed a lawsuit in U.S. federal court against eight individuals for attempting to abuse X’s Creator Revenue Sharing Program by posting inauthentic content and faking engagement metrics to unfairly increase their earnings. These individuals also sold and used automation tools to manipulate engagement metrics on other major social media platforms. This kind of fraudulent behavior is not tolerated on X – and we’ll act forcefully to protect the integrity of our platform, no matter where bad actors are located. Addressing this behavior is crucial for maintaining your trust in our platform and ensuring that the Revenue Sharing Program benefits deserving creators.

Investment coaching scams typically promise high returns with little risk, often targeting vulnerable individuals through unsolicited contact, free seminars, or social media. They lure victims with claims of “proven” systems, guaranteed profits, or insider tips, charging hefty fees for worthless courses, software, or mentoring. Common red flags include: Guaranteed returns: No legitimate investment can guarantee profits, as all carry risk. Claims of high returns with low risk are a hallmark of scams. High-pressure tactics: Scammers create urgency, pressuring quick decisions to prevent research. Fake testimonials: Success stories or statistics are often fabricated or unverified. Unregistered sellers: Legitimate advisors are registered with regulatory bodies like the SEC or FINRA. Scammers may impersonate registered professionals or lack credentials. Complex or vague schemes: Scams often involve cryptocurrency, real estate, or precious metals, with unclear or overly complex strategies. Upselling: Free or low-cost seminars lead to expensive, useless coaching or products. Examples include Ponzi schemes, where returns are paid from new investors’ money, and pyramid schemes, which rely on recruitment. The FTC reported $4.6 billion in losses to investment scams in 2023, with high median losses for military consumers ($7,000). RagingBull.com, for instance, was accused of defrauding investors out of $137 million with false stock market profit claims. How to Avoid: Research companies and individuals using FINRA’s BrokerCheck (brokercheck.finra.org) or the SEC’s EDGAR database (sec.gov/edgar). Verify registration with your state’s securities regulator or the FCA (for UK residents). Seek independent advice from trusted, regulated professionals. Avoid unsolicited offers, especially via social media or dating apps. Be skeptical of “too good to be true” promises and check for reviews or complaints online. If you suspect a scam, report it to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov, your state’s attorney general, or the SEC at sec.gov/tcr. For crypto-related scams, contact the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (ic3.gov). Always take time to research and consult trusted sources before investing. Below is a perfect example👇👇👇

It’s mental that the scammers are trying to scam the innocent whale holders by telling them that we’re scamming them. When we’re the only ones trying to save them.

GET OUT and save your money, or hope that "Mr Khang" and his delighted team of @jmoon @serena and @adammanyhats dont farm you anymore... Now Khang is slowly removing him self from the group and his name to not be involved with it. As it's now " our group" no leaders. Lol... trying to save that reputation .
