My last job as chair of @USmayors Jobs, Education & Workforce Committee was winning bipartisan passage for our guaranteed income resolution. Turning gavel over to Mayor @MichaelDTubbs, whose 1st job is making it reality.
The man is non stop. Leads like he's running out of time.
Yesterday, the bipartisan national group of Mayors @usmayors passed a resolution in supporting of a guaranteed income. We need congress to Act and ensure that our constituents have an income floor during this pandemic.
