Billy Squier was one of the biggest rock stars in America. His 1981 anthem “Lonely Is the Night” nailed the Led Zeppelin vibe so well a Zeppelin biography joked it was one of their best. Here he is playing it live that year, a few years before a now-infamous video, “Rock Me Tonite,” derailed his career.

Every Democrat legislator yesterday demanded American citizens be disarmed because a criminal committed a crime, while today we find out that a senator is saying, out loud, that she wants to prosecute every Republican member of any Republican administration to keep Republicans from participating in government. These two things are not unrelated…

You've probably seen the video. A young Frenchwoman in Paris, in tears, begging looters to stop. "Why are you doing this? That's not what we stand for." Some accounts are mocking her. "She voted for it." I won't. Because what you see on her face is not stupidity. It's a disease that has infected the entire West, and it has a name: suicidal empathy. The term comes from Gad Saad, an evolutionary behavioral scientist at Concordia University in Montreal. A man who fled the Lebanese civil war as a child, and who knows what it looks like when a society falls apart. His new book, Suicidal Empathy: Dying to Be Kind, is the follow-up to The Parasitic Mind. Here is the thesis, and why it concerns every one of us. Empathy is one of the best things about us. It evolved for a reason: to care for our children, our kin, our tribe. It was calibrated for a world where the people you felt for were the people around you, and where empathy always came paired with its counterweight: the instinct to protect your own and to recognize a threat. Suicidal empathy is what happens when that mechanism misfires. When it fires at the wrong targets, in the wrong amounts, with no brake. When we feel more for the criminal than for his victim. More for the stranger who breaks the rules than for the citizen who follows them. More for how compassionate we look than for what our compassion actually produces. Where does it come from? Four layers. First, biology. Empathy is a spotlight, as the psychologist Paul Bloom put it. It lights up the one face in front of you and leaves everything else in the dark. The crying migrant on the boat is visible. The thousands of future victims of a broken system are statistics. A spotlight is a terrible tool for running a country. Second, our own civilization. The West is the civilization that put the victim at the center of its morality. Christianity taught us to care for the stranger, the poor, the weak. It was one of the greatest moral revolutions in history. But cut off from its other half, justice, responsibility, the duty to protect your own, it turns into something else. Third, ideology. In The Parasitic Mind, Saad described idea pathogens, ideas that hijack our reasoning. Suicidal empathy is the emotional counterpart: an ideology that hijacks our compassion. It sorts the world into oppressors and victims, then demands unlimited empathy for whoever ranks as the victim, whatever they do. Fourth, status. In the age of social media, empathy has become a display. Posting "refugees welcome" costs nothing and earns applause. The bill goes to someone else: the working class, the suburbs, the women walking home at night. The results are everywhere. Criminals treated as victims of society. Sexual assaults by migrants met with lenient sentences. Self-defense branded as aggression. Borders treated as cruelty. Saad's conclusion is simple: a society dies when it would rather display infinite tolerance than use its survival instinct. Now the part I'll add myself, and that few people dare to say. On average, women score higher than men on measures of empathy. It's one of the most consistent findings in psychology, across cultures, and it makes perfect evolutionary sense: for most of human history, the survival of children depended on it. It's a strength. But it means an ideology that weaponizes empathy will hit women harder. And the data shows it: in country after country, young women have moved sharply to the left of young men, especially on immigration. This is where men have a responsibility. Not to mock. Not to lecture. Not to say "she deserved it." Empathy has always needed a counterweight, and that counterweight was the protective instinct: the one that draws lines, says no, and stands between the threat and the people it loves. Men abandoned that role. They were told it was toxic, and many believed it. So they stayed silent at the dinner table, at work, with their partners, sisters, daughters and friends. That has to end. Men have to have this conversation, honestly and with respect: compassion that cannot say no is not compassion. It's surrender. And the first to pay for it are women. Many women already understand this better than anyone. Some of the bravest voices in this fight are women, precisely because they are the first to feel the danger in the street. A civilization rests on a balance: compassion and strength, openness and borders, mercy and justice. When one side swallows the other, the foundations crack. What we are watching in Europe is what happens when empathy has no counterweight left. Look at that young woman again. She isn't the enemy. She's what this ideology made of a generation that was told kindness would be enough. Our job is to make sure she's the last generation that has to learn it this way.
She voted for it. She welcomed them. Faced with the encore, she begs them to stop. In her heart she knows they will not. Everything she believed. That they were French like her, fighting for the same cause. That the ones who warned her were full of hate. That she would be safe. It all falls apart in this moment. She is terrified of what comes next. In her heart she knows. Only remigration can save her.

Totalitarianism has historically come in many flavors: monarchy, dictatorship, fascism, communism, theocracy, etc. However, the one thing that EVERY totalitarian regime in world history has had in common is the fact that one of their first official acts after achieving power is to outlaw dissent. I'm not sure how anyone cannot understand what is at stake with the upcoming midterms: liberty or totalitarianism. Choose.

When I say that women lack the concept of an honorable enemy, this is what I’m talking about. Obviously a lot of the Democrats’ new vindictiveness is Trump derangement, but the Great Feminization is part of the story, too. Men understand that the other guy is a professional just like me, and we should have an open fight by fair rules and both go home at the end of the day. For women, conflict isn’t over until the other side is gone and they never have to talk to them again. Men believe in hierarchy, so a fight is about establishing dominance within the hierarchy and making the other guy subordinate. Women don’t, everything is egalitarian and consensus-driven, so if you do get conflict, the only possible outcome is total exclusion from the group. It makes sense that the Democratic Party is abandoning old-fashioned ideas about honorable conflict as it becomes more dominated by women.

RE: The Prosecution of Ilhan Omar There are two competing storylines regarding the prosecution of Ilhan Omar. One such storyline is being peddled by the Democrat/Media Complex. The other storyline is one that same media will never report. I’ll let you decide which storyline is which. Storyline #1: An inspiring immigrant woman escaped from poverty, genocide and Communist rule in the poorest nation on Earth, made her own way in the United States and rose to national prominence as a Congresswoman. However, because she is a vocal supporter for social justice, an evil Republican President/fascist dictator has targeted her for abusive prosecution on trumped-up, nonexistent charges. Now she stands for oppressed Americans everywhere as she fights the power. Storyline #2: The wealthy, privileged daughter of a genocidal, Communist Somali army colonel who had been trained in the Soviet Union fled to America with her father so the two could escape torture, imprisonment and execution after the father’s genocidal, Communist regime leader was overthrown. Upon arrival in America, the father and the daughter both committed immigration fraud and illegally obtained U.S. citizenship (or never obtained U.S. citizenship, the story is unclear). The daughter then rose to prominence with the backing of George Soros and his massive network of NGOs and PACs, was elected to Congress, was controlled by Soros and other Neo-Marxist groups who may well have held her illegal alien status over her head to manipulate her, while she maintained close contact with organized crime lords inside Minnesota’s Somali community. The bottom line is that it seems an illegal alien with genocidal Communist roots was illegally elected to Congress where she has spent years promoting Communism, organized crime and destruction of our Constitution and our national institutions. This reads like a Tom Clancy novel, but it’s all true and is one of the worst scandal in U.S. history. Now, finally, a President with iron will is holding her and her network of Communist thieves to account for their crimes. You decide which storyline is true and which is false.

This is not even real… Jack Smith's team and the Biden Justice Department sat on spreadsheets covering more than 639,000 Republican donors, supporters and voters, and buried in there were the people who bought red MAGA hats, what they bought, and the shipping address where that hat got delivered to their front door. Somebody please explain to me how a hat order has anything to do with a criminal case against a president. Names, dates of birth, home addresses, emails, whether you are a registered Republican, your congressional district, your job and where you work… the sample occupations in Senator Grassley's memo are retired, pool tech, driver, logger, janitor, doorman. Credit card information down to the last four digits, donations as low as one dollar, over 148,000 rows of mostly small dollar donors, data going all the way back to 2005, and according to Grassley it was shared with FBI agents. These are not cartel bosses or foreign spies, these are your neighbors who sent twenty bucks and bought a coffee mug and a door mat because they love their country. Let me put it to you like this. If a Republican administration built a spreadsheet of everyone who bought a Kamala hoodie, with their birth date and home address, and handed it to federal agents, the media would run it wall to wall for six months and call it the end of democracy. When team evil does it, it gets called an investigation and you are supposed to say thank you. How is this even a thing in America? Who approved it, who signed off on it, and which agents had their hands on your home address? Grassley called it incredibly invasive and said it shows Smith and his partisan team aimed to map out the entire Republican Party apparatus. He is being polite. Make no mistake, you do not pull the shipping address of somebody who ordered a hat on November 16, 2020 because you are worried about one man, you pull it because you want to know where all of you live, who you give to, and who signs your paycheck. It is a target list with a government letterhead on top. I know what it feels like when this system decides you are the enemy because you spoke up, and most of the people on that list have no idea their name is sitting in a federal file right now. And yet Jack Smith still walks around like he is the injured party. @realDonaldTrump @ChuckGrassley… release every page, notify every American whose name is on that list, and put Jack Smith under oath. But God.
If you bought a MAGA hat between 2021-2025, Jack Smith had a spreadsheet with your name and home address. Let that sink in…. Thanks to Senator @ChuckGrassley & @SenJudiciaryGOP for bringing transparency! Time to hold Jack Smith accountable! @ItsYourGov

Wow, wow, wow. I just left the National Press Club where Minister of Communications @AnikaWells spoke. She repeatedly and brazenly lied about the fake accounts, claiming they were only for enforcement, even though the legislation says in black and white that the eSafety Commissioner can use them in unlimited ways for "educational" and "promotional" purposes. One big moment came when a Politico reporter got up and said something about how mean people like @PaulineHansonOz were to eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman-Grant. Seriously. A supposed reporter was white-knighting for a government official during the official Q&A. The same reporter had come up to me before Wells' speech and asked if I had criticized Inman-Grant. Who needs government censors when you have Politico? After he asked his question, Wells showed the most emotion, describing online criticism of Inman-Grant as "abuse." She also talked about her own staff's supposed suffering. I kid you not. The mask dropped, and you could see what really upset her: people — including a sitting Senator — criticizing government officials. After gaslighting the audience about fake accounts, Wells repeatedly insisted the government wasn't trying to censor content. She said this after filling her speech with examples of content she claimed harmed people. You couldn't make it up. This legislation is the culmination of decades of progressives equating words with physical violence. Wells cynically compared her legislation to prevent psychological "harm" to various laws that protect people from physical harm, like seat belt laws. BTW, Wells never said what content it was that she thought caused eating disorders. Pictures of skinny women? Dietary advice? Who knows. Nobody asked. Another important moment came when Wells explicitly said Australia would be pursuing censorship alongside other nations, including the UK, France, and Spain—all countries where governments risk losing power to populists. I spoke with Julie Inman-Grant before the speech began and asked about the fake accounts. She insisted they were there just for enforcement, and when I asked why the law allowed them to be used for government propaganda, she said she might write an "enforcement memo," which, of course, would have no impact on the legislation. After her speech, I went up to Wells and asked if she was seriously saying the legislation didn't allow the government to use fake accounts for government propaganda. She refused to answer. A man who said he was from the National Press Club stepped in front of me and said I could interview her afterward. But that wasn't possible because they rushed her out the back to avoid any difficult questions. So there you have it. The pettiest people in Australia are seeking to silence citizens and their political opponents in the name of protecting children. These deeply intolerant and cynical people want to control what you can see and say online. And they're doing it with most of the media's support. Australia has reached a new low in its rapid descent into dogmatism, intolerance, and censorship.
The government today will introduce sweeping censorship that @AlboMP & @AnikaWells lie about. Below she claims the government wants to create a bot army of fake accounts for “research” when the bill clearly intends for them to be used in partisan warfare against fooled citizens.

Well, that was wild. I'm at the Australian Parliament and just left a meeting with two staffers for the governing party. They told us that the government needed more power to censor things like the upcoming US execution of Nidal Hasan. When I asked why they needed to censor that video, one said it was to prevent copycat killings. Copycat killings by governments? I asked. Er, no, they said. Copycat killings like of a backpacker, several decades ago. So, under that logic, I pointed out, the government should censor things like last year's Bondi massacre, where two Muslims killed 15 people, no? Well, that was news, they said. Didn't they realize their bill would allow the government to censor news? They didn't seem to know, or care. They also admitted that they did not know that the bill would allow the government to create and operate an unlimited number of fake social media accounts to attack its political enemies and spread disinformation. Having presented them with information they had never heard about a bill they had clearly not read, they emphasized to us, strenuously, that they were moving forward with the bill. So there you have it. The government wants the power to arbitrarily censor scenes of violent crime, or violence, for any reason. And it wants the power to use an unlimited number of fake accounts to wage offensive disinformational warfare against the Australian people. Given that the Bondi massacre last year increased public opposition to mass migration, and support for the populist One Nation Party, it seems obvious that the government wants to censor such events in order to protect its political power. It's quite telling how obediently governing party members insist such a law is needed without even knowing what's in it.

Earlier this morning, I posted the orders signed by DC Chief Judges Beryl Howell and Jeb Boasberg authorizing the pen register (source, date, length of outgoing calls) and trap/trace (ditto for incoming calls) of Susie Wiles/ phone from Feb 2023 to June 2023 related to the Jack Smith's classified documents investigation. Now I will go through the application by Smith for those records... First -- this is a lie. The National Archives has no investigative or prosecutorial power so the notion DOJ was blindsided by a "referral" from the custodian of government papers is BS. Court filings in the docs case showed that the partisan hacks at NARA--specifically NARA chief David Ferriero, who called Jan 6 the worst day of his life and Gary Stern, NARA general counsel, who was in the process of gathering the phone records of 87 Trump White House employees to give to Smith around this same time--worked directly with Lisa Monaco's office to prepare a "referral" based on the alleged discovery of classified files in the 15 boxes Trump handed over the NARA in Jan. 2022. Biden WH counsel Jonathan Su was also involved in this "referral"--which was the first time, according to documents, NARA had ever done so. (No duh) Ferriero was working with Biden DOJ as early as May 2021 to force Trump to turn over files he alleged belonged to the government--such as the letter Obama left for Trump--or he was going to tattle to DOJ. An orchestrated hit from the start.

Steven D’Antuono—head of the Washington FBI Field Office—did NOT acquiesce to demands by Main Justice, particularly Jay Bratt, to raid Mar a Lago after Biden DOJ obtained security footage from inside the president’s residence showing boxes being moved around. D’Antuono repeatedly resisted demands by top Biden DOJ officials to raid MAL because Trump and his lawyers continued to cooperate with the FBI to produce files. (Another reminder that Trump allowed Bratt and 3 FBI agents into Mar a Lago on June 3, 2022 to look for government papers. That wasn’t enough for Bratt, who immediately pushed for an armed, surprise raid, which happened on August 8.) D’Antuono clashed with DOJ officials including DOJ NSD chief Matt Olsen for weeks until he was overruled by deputy FBI director Paul Abbate. There is no indication footage of boxes being moved out of a storage area convinced D’Antuono and other WFO officials to agree with the raid. Further - court proceedings in the documents case revealed Jack Smith’s team could not prove that any of the alleged classified papers were discovered in the boxes that has been moved. This article is 🐑 prep for more bad news to come.
“Mr. Solomon’s presentation, both times, also omitted key context: The field office’s legal doubts came before Mar-a-Lago surveillance footage emerged that showed a Trump aide moving boxes from a storage area before a lawyer came to search it for subpoenaed classified files. The additional evidence resolved legal concerns about probable cause.” How the White House Manufactured a Narrative About a Trump Aide’s Call Logs nytimes.com/2026/10/11/us/po… via @charlie_savage

PLANO WEST HIGH SCHOOL: THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT. 👇PLANO ISD HAS YEARS OF PURE ROT, AND I HAVE THE RECEIPTS. For some people, the latest incident at Plano West Senior High School might appear to be nothing more than a one-time, “harmless” prank by stupid high school students who will likely face discipline. But for those of us who have been following Plano ISD for years, we know why this is happening. I have been investigating and reporting on Plano ISD since 2023. And unfortunately, many of the same concerns keep resurfacing. Student walkouts during instructional time. Pro-Palestinian activism in classrooms. Reports of teachers and staff encouraging political demonstrations. Students chanting “From the river to the sea.” Complaints involving antisemitism, bullying, mold in classrooms, parental rights, and s*xually explicit books in school libraries. And perhaps most concerning of all? Parents who say their complaints have been dismissed, ignored, or met with retaliation. I have YEARS of reporting on this district, backed by photographs, videos, documents, parental complaints, and public records. In August 2023, I was already reporting on s*xually explicit books available in Plano ISD libraries and raising questions about compliance with Texas law. In May 2026, I revisited my previous reporting on classroom walkouts, including allegations that teachers and staff encouraged students to participate in demonstrations during instructional time. That same month, I reported on a classroom presentation at Plano West featuring a Palestinian flag with the phrase “From the River to the Sea.” And in August 2026, I again raised concerns about library materials, including s*xually explicit content and anti-Israel books being provided to students. In May 2026, a federal civil rights lawsuit was filed against Plano ISD and multiple other defendants by Laura Cervantes and the Jasper High School Choir Booster Club. The lawsuit followed a dispute over control of an independent booster club and its privately raised funds. Three mothers had previously been ARRESTED in connection with the dispute, but a grand jury declined to indict them. Parents who were involved in an independent school booster club ended up facing criminal accusations, and now the dispute is the subject of a federal constitutional rights lawsuit. And then there are the antisemitism complaints. The Texas Education Agency’s investigation documented multiple parental complaints in 2025 involving antisemitic harassment, classroom materials, and retaliation against parents who raised concerns. This is why this photo means more than just a stupid prank. Plano ISD maintains policies against bullying, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. But they don’t follow their own rules. At what point does someone with the authority to demand meaningful accountability step in? This isn’t about whether a few students will face consequences. It is about whether the leadership of Plano ISD has adequately addressed years of serious concerns raised by the families it serves. Accountability starts at the top. And until the people at the top address these concerns with transparency and meaningful action, parents are going to keep asking questions.

Another reminder that the media is an integral part of the hoax and lawfare machine. They are not incidental bystanders or even merely partisan cheerleaders. They are part of the machine. They are part of the operations. They are part of the hoaxes themselves, a fully integrated, fully fledged component without which much of any of this could never work. The sooner people understand that, the better.
These headlines are a disgrace and another example of why nobody trusts the media. If you watch the full clip, it's clear what he is saying is that high oil prices are a small price to pay for stopping Iran from getting a nuke that would allow them to take out US cities.
