" England had put up around 450, and we were 330 for six. From there, Virat Kohli scored a double hundred and took us to 600, completely taking England out of the game.
We were on the verge of an innings victory, and that’s when James Anderson said in the press conference, “This is India, these are home conditions. Let them come to England.” Basically implying that home conditions were hiding India’s flaws.
Like, how hard is it to give someone credit? He didn’t give us any credit, and I felt that was below the line. The next day, when he came out to bat, we were going for the innings victory. So when he came onto the field to bat the next day, we gave it back to him. As he walked from the boundary line to the pitch, we were right behind him, and giving him a bit of stick "

"Minimum Viable Product," with faster iterations, no longer works as a #startup #strategy. Customers are burnt out with too many #startup products in every category. So, focus on building a "Maximum Value Product" that provides the most value in that segment. Conserve your $$$$ and only think about sales and marketing once you have a mature product. #reminder to myself that we at @lumel_tech are fortunate.
While it is obvious now why we aligned ourselves with #powerbi, our much bigger strategic bet was that customers would invest and consolidate their #data in the #cloud with either #snowflake, #databricks, #bigquery, #redshift, or #msfabric. As the cloud #datawarehouse #lakehouse matures in the coming years, a new category called #nativeapps where #apps will have to come to #data will be the only implementation pattern as #cios and #cdos resist data movement into #saas apps. Lumel Apps are patiently waiting.

Five years back, @lumel_tech made a strategic bet that #powerbi would win over #enterprise customers in the long run and pivoted completely
out of #sap. While it is remarkably prescient now, we had to give up on one of our bets with @vbi_hub. It became apparent that multiple BI
platforms and legacy on-prem BI tools as #itstrategy would not survive much longer in organizations.
To eliminate #data #silos #cios #cdos would be forced to #consolidate and #migrate to #mspowerbi in the coming years, and we are now strategically
well positioned with #inforiver to capture this market demand.
