🚨 X SPACE HOSTS NEED TO KNOW THIS When X shut down Communities in May, hosts were told the feature was going away. What we weren’t clearly warned about was what could happen to the Spaces connected to those Communities. For years, hosts spent THOUSANDS of hours building shows, interviewing guests, documenting conversations, and creating an archive of content. Now Community-linked Spaces and scheduled shows are disappearing as X continues cleaning up the old Communities infrastructure. Think about that. -Thousands of hours hosting -Countless interviews and discussions -Years of community history -Time that hosts can never get back If deleting Community objects meant deleting or breaking access to the Spaces attached to them, hosts deserved a clear warning and an opportunity to preserve that content. This isn’t just about a discontinued feature. For many creators, those Spaces were their archive. Their work. Their history.
