Arg. A neighbor was just in here unmasked to help with an emergency. Wasn't time to demand him to mask. His wife is an MD, so of course, thinks masking now is ridiculous. Sprayed Lysol, leaving N95 on for..a couple of hours?

May or may not have just been exposed to *whatever* in my elevator. Wearing my N95, but awfully close quarters, and he wouldn't shut up. Told me not to be afraid of death. Same neighbor who comments/ lectures re my mask always. Had to get in bcos fainting.
Damnit. A friend died. A 7 year "fight" w cancer, not cvd involved. My oldest friend's sister. I'm so sad. Probably a relief, as she was in pain, and couldn't function. Everything is so fucking sad, and tragic.
