And that has surpassed the six months of trading. "Six months of trading"? Yes, the SEC has general rules for listing certain commodity-based ETFs, and one of the conditions involves having futures trade on a qualifying regulated market for at least six months. $INJ has now reached that milestone, which could help with the path toward the upcoming Canary Staked INJ ETF ($INJC). •Your question may be what's is the difference between futures and an ETF? And here's the answer: Think of futures as a way to trade based on the price of $INJ. Traders can make their moves without necessarily owning the actual tokens. The proposed $INJC ETF is different. It is designed to hold actual INJ, stake those tokens, and put the staking rewards back into the fund's value. This could make it easier for people to invest in $INJ through a regular brokerage account, without having to manage their own crypto wallets.
