For the first time in my life today I got in the DuPont circle underground and it’s… incredible. I can’t believe how tall the ceilings are and wide the corridor is. I’m not sure how long it stretches

Lots of flooding in Upper Northwest DC, including 2-3 feet of water pooling on Georgia Avenue and throughout the old Walter Reed campus. Traffic is shut down in both directions. I saw several cars in 3 feet of water
