GoodVision AI is expanding its U.S. AI inference infrastructure through two new collaboration agreements in Texas.
🔹 With @TDTCGlobal : developing modular AI Factory infrastructure, with the initial project at 2.4 MW and expected to scale to up to 15 MW within one year.
🔹 With HOP Global: launching an RTX PRO 6000 inference pilot, with a potential roadmap toward 100 deployable nodes and ~5 MW of computing capacity.
Together, the initiatives provide complementary paths for deploying AI inference capacity across different sites, power conditions and customer requirements.

GoodVision AI has entered into a Prepaid Forward Purchase Agreement with investment vehicles managed by Harraden Circle Investments, LLC, involving up to approximately $30M in aggregate, based on the estimated redemption price, and covering up to 3.0M Calisa Acquisition Corp. ($ALIS) shares.
The agreement is intended to support the proposed Business Combination and potential retention of funds at closing.
GoodVision AI remains focused on expanding its AI compute and inference capabilities to support continued growth.

We've entered into a strategic partnership with @aistormofficial to build next-generation AI Factory infrastructure in Japan🇯🇵.
The project begins with a flagship deployment in Fukushima and is designed to scale through a phased expansion strategy targeting up to 100 MW of AI compute capacity over the next three years, subject to customer demand, infrastructure readiness, and other customary development considerations.
Our AI Factory platform integrates high-density GPU infrastructure, advanced liquid cooling, modular deployment, and the GoodVision Smart Routing Engine to optimize AI inference across models and compute resources.
This marks another important step in expanding GoodVision AI's global AI infrastructure network.
