“Shout out to the man who loved me first…My dad. This was not your ordinary daddy-daughter dance. If someone asked me to describe the relationship my dad and I have, I would simply show them this video lol. One thing about us we are going to cut up EVERY single time! Growing up my dad and I would dance everywhere and anywhere, and so getting to do this with him on my wedding day holds a special place in my heart…Love you daddy!❤️ *Ps thank you for coming out of “retirement.”*😂” (🎥 Actress A'zaria Carter azaria.carter)
“He doesn’t need sight when his guide can be his eyes like this 🥹. Last week Ashton had his second cross country meet and this one was at his junior high. It was a crazy Friday morning for us and I didn’t realize that Ash forgot his tether before leaving the house. When I got to the meet and realized he didn’t have it but I was too far from our house to go get it and come back in time for the race. I just watched and prayed his guide would be able to guide him and he wouldn’t trip or fall or run into anything on the course. There was a pole in one of the parts of the course and his guide pulled him away from it when Ash almost ran right into it. I was so grateful he was able to do this and also be his eyes throughout the entire race. It was the first time I’ve ever watched my son cross a finish line without a tether connected to his guide and I was so proud of him. I can only imagine how nervous he must’ve felt running without sight but also how much trust he has in his guide to stay by his side. Ashton came in number 36 of 54 runners in the race and it really made me cry happy tears because he was the only blind runner with a guide and no tether that day.”

Recently, Firefighter Miranda met Jose, a 12-year-old who walks from school each day to help his mom run their family taco stand. After school, Jose helps prepare the food and translates for his mom. Zion National Park is expanding trail access with a new free all-terrain wheelchair lending program for visitors with disabilities, mobility challenges, or temporary injuries. Supported by the Zion Forever Project, the program offers an Extreme Motus wheelchair on a first-come, first-served basis at the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. Rentals are limited to one day, and reservations are not available.
Visitors and their assistants must complete a waiver and training and provide identification and insurance before checkout. Since the wheelchair cannot fit on Zion’s shuttle buses, users receive an accessibility pass to park along Zion Canyon Scenic Drive during shuttle season. The chair can be used on trails including Cable Mountain, Chinle, and Riverside Walk, but is not permitted on Angels Landing, Zion Narrows, or Upper Emerald Pools.

Dolly Parton has passed away peacefully in Nashville at the age of 80 her nephew Bryan Seaver confirmed. From her humble beginnings in a small cabin in East Tennessee to lighting up global stages, Dolly gave us seven decades of pure magic. She wasn’t just a voice; she was a brilliant songwriter who wrote over 3,000 tracks, a movie star who charmed us all, and a hero who sent hundreds of millions of books to kids through her Imagination Library. As her nephew beautifully said, “Dolly has lived in the light.”
Jessica Fletcher, a mom from Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, had a QWERTY keyboard tattooed on her forearm so her 11-year-old non-speaking autistic son, Hunter, would always have a way to communicate with her—even when technology fails. The idea came after Hunter’s AAC tablet died while they were at a restaurant. He simply drew a keyboard on a napkin and used it to communicate his order, inspiring Jessica to create a permanent backup. Her tattoo includes the alphabet, a happy face, a sad face, and even an “I love you” button. ❤️ When she first showed it to Hunter, he grabbed her arm and typed his very first message: “Mama.” Jessica later shared a video of Hunter using the tattoo on Facebook, and it quickly went viral, reaching more than 100 million views. What makes the tattoo even more special is that, unlike his AAC device, it allows Hunter and his mom to communicate quietly and privately. The story has since inspired parents, healthcare workers, schools, and even tattoo artists around the world to explore similar ways of making communication more accessible. ❤️

Following the 7.4-magnitude earthquake on August 10, Colombian pediatrician Germán Somoyar became a symbol of the emergency after helping evacuate 10 newborns from the sixth floor of the Clínica Panamericana in Apartadó, Antioquia. Working with two doctors and three nurses, he led the rescue effort and helped move the babies to safety. An image of Somoyar carrying one of the newborns drew widespread recognition across Colombia.
His actions have now earned him support from the Spanish-speaking Doctors Network in Germany (REMA), which offered to assist him in pursuing his medical career there. The organization will support his credential recognition, validation of his pediatric and pediatric cardiology specialties, German-language and medical training, document translation and legalization, travel, and other steps required to work in the country.
