We are grateful to @GoodLawProject for their assistance in this case and for their good wishes as we work to help secure trans inclusion at Hampstead Heath Ponds.
TransLucent will attend the High Court with our legal team next week.
Today, the High Court has refused Good Law Project permission to intervene in a legal challenge against trans inclusion at Hampstead Ponds.
We are pleased that the trans advocacy group TransLucent has been successful in its application to intervene.

Interesting bit from C4
"[Redacted] donates to us, he donates through his son.
"The [redacted], they donate through their kids.
"The [redacted]. [Redacted]. One of the two. [Redacted]. [Redacted]. The [redacted] are Reform donors. It's the father and it's the son."
Happy hunting...

I’m glad that the @GoodLawProject is launching a legal challenge against the EHRC’s new Code of Practice, which is dangerous, unworkable and has been opposed by a quarter of all MPs.
The Code will discriminate against trans people and subject many others to gender policing based on stereotypes.

Here's an excellent note that sets out, in clear and fairly geeky detail, why the best solution is to put @thameswater into bankruptcy. Thanks to the @GoodLawProject for putting it together.
It’s now two years since Thames Water breached the terms of its licence by losing its investment grade ratings.
Here’s our detailed breakdown of what could come next:

Burnham reportedly planning to *temporarily* nationalise Thames Water. Will be worth watching the detail. I’m sceptical (as ever)
Worth noting that two highly influential figures in his No10 operation have previously advised Thames Water — Varun Chandra and James Purnell. They should be nowhere near this.

In May we said Nigel Farage probably didn't owe tax on his £5m gift.
The Guardian now reports the gift followed talks where Farage said he'd need £5m to return to frontline politics.
*If* that's right, we think there's a high risk of a £3m tax bill - payable by Reform.

The right call from Sadiq.
Other mayors and PCCs should take note and keep Palantir out of policing.
Beyond that, the public sector needs to stop procurement deals that ignore due process. I’ve long been fighting against gift wrapping public services and handing them to over to shady tech giants.

Some great news to announce this morn😁: The case against us has been thrown out!
However, its absurdity highlights the urgent need for the govt to stop talking about it and act on long promised reforms. A waste of time and energy for everyone involved
