Big congratulations to my PhD student Austin McDonald for successfully defending his PhD thesis! Austin’s research focused on developing several novel emission and absorption spectroscopy diagnostics and applying them to study propellant flames.
Congratulations to Vishnu for successfully defending his PhD today! Vishnu’s research centered around the development and application of femtosecond laser absorption diagnostics for non-equilibrium gases produced by flames and shock waves. Tons for us to be proud of! @PurdueME
We got to celebrate a bit early with Dr. Ziqiao Chang today! Our "Lord of Lasers." Congrats again Ziqiao! We'll all miss having you here, best of luck at Princeton!
