Just to reiterate this is closed and has been for awhile we are not homeless anymore. I keep it pinned because I'm still fighting for my property and I have good info on here if anyone is interested

Correction they didn't deny it they actually accepted it after they put me through every rule and procedure which I followed after it getting kicked back for discrepancies which were all fixed then my appeal was accepted.
Opposing Counsel replied and guess what the NJ Courts accepted opposing counsels reply with No signature electronic or manual. Now if a homeowner did that it would automatically get kicked back. My reply to opposing counsel including they were in default and didn't follow procedure. Probably because they know I got them and they didn't want to be liable for all the fraud upon the courts they committed. After all that my appeal was dismissed. This is far from over #biasedcourts I don't play #FraudUponTheCourt like some Dirty Attys with Unclean Hands that steal our properties do. #ProSe

I had to do my appeal which
I thought came out fabulous
I did it by going to the library from the hotel we were staying in because all of my belongings were in storage. Of course the appellant court denied it. Since then I had two hand surgeries from a fall.
I am recovering and prepping to do a FRAUD UPON THE COURT MOTION SOME PEOPLE DID SOMETHING AND I HAVE IT ALL.
Ciao this Irish Scottish English Italian American will FIGHT UNTIL ALL the scummy players that deprived me of selling my property to my Township and FEMA while
I was under contract too sell. @fema and my Township of Little Falls waited for four years for the courts to straighten this out instead they Ejected me out of my property of 28yrs two weeks before Christmas in 2022 while still in LITIGATION. The Dirty Attys with Unclean Hands "opposing counsel" used Counterfeit Instruments Forged Documents a FICITITIOUS PLAINTIFF that never proved Standing will be Accountable.
They think their getting away with what they did it's not gonna happen. R.I.C.O. #DAMAGES
