Shannon Sharpe says that Deion Sanders may need to change the way he recruits players moving forward 👀
“It ain't about you, it's about these kids.”
Unc states that today's top recruits expect coaches to personally visit their homes and meet their families.
"Guys ain't coming. If you can't go to their house, their grandma's house, their mom's house, their granddad's house, they're not coming. It's just not enough for you to be Deion Sanders, Coach Prime."
"You have to take yourself out of the equation. It ain't about you, it's about these kids. And you got to show them that it's about them."

A former Georgia State University football player faces assault charges following a dining hall attack, prompting his family to speak out about his long-standing battle with severe mental health issues and suspected football-related brain trauma. fox5atlanta.com/news/former-…
Voices like this are the reason NCAA athletes need to form a union. Pride and pageantry? People just be making things up…
The NIL Era is showing UGLY early returns on the backup QB market:
Michigan needs to bench Bryce Underwood but can't
Julian Sayin hurt, but an unheralded tFr. is his backup
John Mateer is a sloth but Oklahoma is stuck
Nico Iamaleava out, unproven FCS-FBS transfer in
etc. etc.
Meanwhile Tennessee out here showing what happens when you have to start/play a highly-touted 5-star QB without experience (or risk him transfer for playing time)
The era of sticking with a university/program for pride/pageantry is long gone

9-year-old King Overton drowned at a summer camp where he was supposed to be taught how to swim. His family has filed a $100M wrongful death lawsuit against SwimRVA. No parent should send their child to camp and never see them again! We demand answers and accountability!

The Saban documentary mentions all of his former coaches who have won championships except me. When I was head coach at Tennessee State University in 1998 and 1999 we won the Ohio Valley Conference championship - the 1st HBCU to win a championship in a majority conference.

Students from NC A&T (the largest HBCU) marching back from going to vote. The county closed the polling place on campus. Students marched to town to vote anyway. A&T is where @RevJJackson went to school. His legacy lives on. linkedin.com/posts/todd-simm…
