Well, I guess discord thinks this is a fine idea. No way in the 9 levels of He11 would this become a disaster. What could possibly go wrong?
I hate this...
Discord is about to put your public messages on Google
Discord will start making messages from Discoverable public servers searchable on Google and other search engines from mid-December.
The feature is ON by default in most regions, but you can opt out:
User Settings → Data & Privacy → turn off “Show my message content from Discoverable channels on web pages.”
In the EU, UK, Canada, Brazil, Australia and South Korea, it will be OFF by default.
Private servers, DMs and group DMs are not included. Usernames and avatars won’t appear alongside indexed messages.

Hey everyone! Could you please pray for my mom she has high blood pressure and she's been feeling dizzy. Ice stayed up with her waiting for it to go back down but she's tired and is ready to go to sleep. Please pray God protects her and strengthens her body. 🙏🏼❤️✝️
Thank you!

Eric Bauza was a master of his craft, voicing so many iconic characters in animation and bringing joy to audiences of all ages. The DreamWorks Animation family will treasure the time spent working with him on Forgotten Island, The Adventures of Puss in Boots, and many other projects at the studio. We extend our sincerest sympathy to his family.

We lost three legendary voices in 2026, but their work will never be forgotten 🕊️
In 2026, we said goodbye to Peter Cullen, Tom Kane, and Eric Bauza, three voice actors whose work reached across generations and helped define some of the characters millions grew up with.
Peter Cullen gave the world the unmistakable voice of Optimus Prime and the beloved melancholy of Eeyore, becoming one of the most recognizable voices in animation history.
Tom Kane became a defining voice of Professor Utonium, and throughout the Star Wars universe, most notably as Yoda and Admiral Ackbar, while also narrating every episode of The Clone Wars and lending his voice to countless other characters.
And Eric Bauza, who passed away at just 46, carried the legacy of classic animation into a new generation as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Tweety, Road Runner and many more. His work earned him three Children’s & Family Emmy Awards.
Their voices could sound completely different, but they shared something important: the ability to make fictional characters feel alive.
Optimus Prime, Yoda, Bugs Bunny and countless others will continue speaking through the performances they left behind.
We may have lost the voices, but we will never lose the characters they gave us. Their work will keep speaking for generations to come. 🕊️❤️

I’m just…shattered ❤️🩹
Eric was a shining beacon of light for animation & VO everywhere. An icon of all things looney. His wide-spread career is the kind I hope to achieve someday.
I’m just glad I got to thank him in person for all he’s done, even if it was just once. RIP

If I was Travis Knight, I would consider not working for Amazon again if they had little faith in the movie's box office performance.
Travis Knight says that Amazon didn’t have enough faith in ‘MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE’ because “its life on streaming was much more important to [them] than in theaters.”
“It’s not something I understood going into it. I wanted their faith in us as filmmakers and in the movie to be rewarded in a way that wasn’t to my hopes and expectations. The film deserved a better fate than it got, but I’ve made peace with it.”
