30 minutes into a 90-minute flight, the @JetBlue FA announces that they won't get beverage service to everyone if passengers keep getting up to go to the bathroom. "This is a short flight" she said. Young man tries to go and she asks if he didn't hear her.

On RJR news yesterday (Sept 3, 2026), it was reported that there had been 368 murders in Jamaica so far this year. On INDECOM's website, it is reported that as of yesterday, 201 people had been killed by the security forces in Jamaica, almost all by the police. #Jamaica

9/ The NEPA brief also quietly corrects something I got wrong in Part One. Doctor's Cave Beach isn't a public beach that charges a fee. It's privately owned. So is San San. So is Frenchman's Cove. Bartlett's "70 beaches, 10 paid, five charging real money" blurred two legally different categories into one.

I saw @MyersFletcherJA talking about vacation laws. Labour laws could use an update, particularly that vacation is earned after 12 months of work, and I really need to know if the 8hr work day doesn’t actually include a lunch hour is actually true haven’t looked it up yet

Today I’m being told by my human resource department that I only qualify for vacation days after working for a whole year. Please bear in mind that I only get ONE free weekend off per month and one day off per week :) and I have to work for a YEAR to get time to rest.
