I just watched a guy ranting on IG. He said he’ll be 27 by November, staying with his parents in their family house, he doesn’t have a job or a romantic life, and he really wants to move out.
Now, let me ask you people something.
Do you think the best thing for him is to move out immediately he gets a job, or should he take his time, build some financial stability, save money, and plan properly before moving out?
Because honestly, moving out is not just about paying rent. There are bills, feeding, transportation, emergencies, and plenty other responsibilities.
At what age do you think someone should move out of their parents house, and what should they have in place before taking that step?

There are only 2 types of liquidity - Buy Side & Sell Side Liquidity ( old highs/lows) which could be found within a defined structure or outside it (IRL/ERL) Everything else are different forms of liquidity. Trendline, Equal Lows, Sessional Liquidity, or whatever else you know.
