The late Jan, 2021, murder investigated by CPAC was a shooting that occurred in Stoughton.
The victim lived in Brockton.
That is why CPAC and Matthew Farwell were working together on the case just five days before Sandra's murder.

Sandra’s friend, Rebecca Chandler is giving jaw dropping testimony. She called the state police and it seems they blew her off. We also learned today that Farwell had much pull at Stoughton police and he worked with Tully and Yuri, among others, on a homocide case in Brockton.

I’d like to take this moment to highlight to anyone covering/discussing/following this case that any analysis of this trial is incomplete without continuously returning to the fact that it is taking place in Federal Court because the NCDAO and the Massachusetts State Police refused to follow the evidence and prosecute Matthew Farwell.
Today, through the work of Special Agent Heidi Kelsch, the prosecution presented a damning timeline against Matthew Farwell using Sandra Birchmore’s text messages, her google searches and her phone data. Days ago, Trooper Dunne and Nicholas Guarino testified to the fact that they had access to the same information days into their investigation.
The best defense Matthew Farwell has is that according to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Sandra Birchmore did not die by homicide. In that way they are still protecting him. And THAT should be questioned just as much as how the jury is receiving each day’s testimony.
