You didn't expect much when you first heard about this funny franchise of anthropomorphic horses. The concept was far too bizarre for you to take it seriously. You had low expectations for the game; Just like how nobody expected Tokai Teio to perform in the 1993 Arima Kinen after a year of hiatus. And yet, Tokai Teio pulled through.
