To be exact, it's been so far 1.5yrs but that doesn't change the story. The story is about discipline. Discipline is built when nobody is watching. Not every day is about making money, chasing goals, or building something bigger.

The best AI agent isn't the smartest one. It's the one that actually shows up. Everyone talks about what AI agents can do. I'm becoming more interested in one thing: Can I actually count on it? For me, Hermes has been that agent lately. No hype. No complicated promises. Just something I can set up and trust to show up when I need it.
