Our demands to the Jail Closure Implementation Team and the Board of Supervisors are as follows:
1️⃣ Provide a REAL timeline, with benchmarks for the closure of Men’s Central Jail
2️⃣ NO FUNDING for research, planning, or building a new jail- that money belongs to community!

Powell’s clearly done giving a shit what Trump thinks. Tariffs causing inflation to skyrocket? Stated plainly, no sugarcoating. That’s the brave face of a Fed Chair who finally remembers he doesn’t work for the tariff king. Expect the meltdown.

BREAKING: In a stunning moment, Jerome Powell just directly blamed Donald Trump's tariffs for causing inflation to skyrocket. Holy cow.
