Still waiting on callback after @AmericanExpress assures me my @HiltonHotels giftcards have active balance esp since @rpgcardservices replaced them as a solution to the cards being declined. @HiltonHonors says Hilton Madison Monona hotel has to help me. Alot of passing the buck.

@HiltonHonors Make this make sense… your website links directly to Hilton gift cards yet your hotel can’t figure out how to use them. My visit today ended in frustration with @Hilton for this misrepresentation & money spent I hadn’t planned on. Why would anyone trust your brand?

@Saving_Traveler just saw your post with @HiltonHonors. I was so embarrassed, confused and frustrated this morning spending way more money and emotional time because my giftcards show active with $ but were denied by @HiltonHotels

Amanda Gorman Inauguration Poem Lessons – #TeachLivingPoets *For any of my teaching friends who might want to teach the moment that was Amanda Gorman at the inauguration. #brilliant #teachhope teachlivingpoets.com/2021/01…
I thought this show was jumping the shark, but have to say that the Biden call happening while Trump is golfing and we learn of a new cluster of White House Covid cases from an election eve mask-less gathering is a pretty satisfying ending.

Dear student emailing to assure me you are usually a better student than you have been so far in our class this semester: You are fine. I believe you. We are in a pandemic and I am usually a better teacher than I have been this semester, too. Signed, me.
