The Boys are Balling ⚽️🔥
The top 2 scorers in D1 @NCAASoccer both played for BFC this summer! Zach Ramsey leads the nation in goals with 15, while Joschi Schelb is just behind him with 12
Both Ramsey and Schelb were crucial to Ballard FC’s success & 4th straight Division Title
Ramsey was named to the @USLLeagueTwo Western Conference Team of the Year, while Schelb was chosen as a USL 2 Playoff Performer after huge postseason performances at Pagliacci Pitch.
The duo have continued their fine form into their college seasons, leading the nation in goals.
Sixth Season Strong 💪
Heading into our sixth season, we already have 1,000 Season Ticket Holders across both Ballard FC and Salmon Bay FC 👏
Thank you for your incredible support ever since our inaugural season and we're excited to be back at a packed Pagliacci Pitch 🔜

Congrats to 3 year BFC player, Elliot Spatz, on signing a pro contract with Vinaròs CF!
We’re proud to have been part of Elliot’s soccer career over the past 3 years and can’t wait to support him as he begins his pro career.
Leaving a Legacy 🏆
You can’t measure a lot of what Coach Kwesele brought to Ballard FC as a coach.
But, we still wanted to highlight some of his biggest accomplishments:
- 3x NW Division Champ (2024-2026)
- Western Conference Champ (2025)
- National Final Appearance (2025)
- Best regular season record (12-1-1) in club history (2026)
- Best win percentage (83.33%) and PPG (2.64) of any permanent head coach in club history
- 22 (!) players coached by Kwesele at BFC have signed pro contracts

Thank you Mutanda! 👏
After three years with the club and a year as head coach, Mutanda Kwesele is stepping away from Ballard FC to join @ussoccer to become the Head Coach of the U-15 and U-16 Boys National Team Futures.
We thank Mutanda for his dedication and leadership.
Mutanda left a lasting legacy at Ballard FC, guiding the club to its best ever regular season record in 2026. We’re proud to part of Kwesele’s coaching journey and can’t wait to watch him continue to succeed with the @USYNT
