Good morning! I’m getting ready for the day, coffee in one hand, common sense still loading, and my back already filing a complaint. The grandkids have started mimicking my morning routine, shuffling around, sighing loudly, saying “I need coffee,” and acting like getting dressed deserves a medal. I suppose I should be proud… but I’m also starting to see why they think I’m so funny 💛

Rep. Brandon Gill is the best because he doesn’t back down. He stands firm for America, common sense, secure borders, strong families, and the hardworking people who are tired of Washington politicians putting themselves first. He says what he believes, fights for the values of his constituents, and refuses to be pushed around by the political establishment.
My wife is an American, born in America to American citizens. She deeply loves our nation and its culture. You, on the other hand, were born to foreign invaders and want to turn America into the third world culture you were raised in, while advocating for communism at your $3 million mansion in between electrocuting your dog.

There’s nothing quite like the laughter and sweet little giggles of the little ones to make a night feel complete. Hearing that happy sound, seeing those sleepy smiles, and knowing we’re tucking in a happy camper tonight… that’s the kind of blessing money can’t buy. ❤️🌙

Just a reminder, it isn't Election Day yet, but November is getting close. If we stay home, the election still happens. The people who show up still choose. And we still live with what they pick. I'm planning to go vote. I hope you will too.

After 50, the way you start the morning can make a real difference in how you feel, move, and stay sharp through the years. These simple habits may not be a fountain of youth, but they can help you protect your strength, mobility, hydration, and independence, one morning at a time. 1.Wake up and drink lemon water first, not coffee. Give your body a little hydration before reaching for caffeine. After a long night’s sleep, water is a gentle way to get things moving. 2.Do 10 heel raises in bed before standing up. Flex those calves and get circulation going before your feet hit the floor. It only takes a few seconds, but it is a good little wake up call for the legs. 3.Eat protein within 30 minutes of waking. Eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, a protein shake, or leftover meat can help support muscle as we age. After 50, keeping muscle matters for strength, balance, and staying active. 4.Rotate your ankles and roll your shoulders. Don’t climb out of bed stiff as a fence post. A few gentle movements can loosen up the joints and help you start the day with less creaking and complaining. 5.Remember yesterday backwards for 60 seconds. Start with bedtime and work your way back through the day. It is a simple little brain exercise that can challenge memory, attention, and mental focus. 6.Drink room temperature water if it feels best for you. Some people find it easier on the stomach first thing in the morning. The important thing is getting hydrated, not whether the water is cold, warm, plain, or dressed up with lemon. 7.Remember that you wake up a little dehydrated. After seven or eight hours without drinking, your body needs fluids. Morning water can help replace what you lost overnight and may help you feel more alert. 8.Protect your muscles every day. Muscle naturally becomes harder to keep as we get older, especially when we are inactive or under-eating protein. Start the day with nourishment, then keep moving whenever you can. 9.Move your joints before you ask a lot of them. Gentle ankle circles, shoulder rolls, stretching, and a short walk help warm up stiff joints. Motion is not magic, but it sure beats sitting still and expecting the old machinery to run like new.

You go to a car show thinking you’ll see a few shiny Chevys, some loud Mustangs, and at least one fellow explaining carburetors to anyone trapped within earshot. But no matter what anybody says, you cannot tell me that isn’t Jackie Gleason chasing the Bandit through the parking lot. 💛😂

Good news for all of us Call the Midwife fans, it isn’t over! Season 15 may have ended, but Nonnatus House is only taking a little break. The BBC has confirmed that Season 16 is coming, and there’s also a movie and a prequel series called Sisters in Arms on the way. It may be a while before we get back to Poplar, but thankfully this beloved show is not saying goodbye just yet. Who else is already looking forward to seeing everyone again?💛

The White House should never fear tough questions, but Americans have every right to demand truth from the networks that claim to report the news. If CNN, MSNOW, and others deliberately mislead the public, twist facts, hide context, or push political talking points as “news,” then they should lose the privilege of pretending they are unbiased voices in the White House press room. Freedom of the press does not mean freedom from accountability. The American people deserve reporters who ask hard questions, report both sides honestly, correct false information quickly, and remember that their job is to inform the country, not manipulate it. Maybe it is time to make room for journalists who put facts before ratings, truth before politics, and America before their agenda.
🔥 LMAO! CNN is being forced to do their live shots from the SIDEWALK outside the White House after their press badge were CONFISCATED by Secret Service MS NOW's access was denied this morning as well. "We can do our job anywhere," declared the CNN reporter. Good! Do it right there from the busy sidewalk from now on! 🤣 Keep in mind, AP "reporters" are still BARRED from the Oval Office, despite their attempts to force the President to let them back in. So CNN will surely sue, but don't expect to see them in the Oval Office anytime soon!

Some shows entertain us… but others become part of our lives. Call the Midwife has always felt like one of those.
