St. Valentine was imprisoned beheaded & buried on 14 Feb 269 AD for helping persecuted Christians & marrying Christian couples! While in prison he prayed for his jailer’s daughter & her blindness was healed. On the day of his execution he left her a note signed, ‘Your Valentine.’
#happyvalentinesday2024 !
We are so grateful to everyone who supports us. Below is an updated list of the things that we need at the moment to give out or to cook with.
James Quinn (plus special guests) will be putting on a fundraising recital for us.
James is an incredibly accomplished musician and this will undoubtedly be a superb evening.
Sat 23rd March St Andrews Church, Churchdown.
7.30pm start.

🥞 What is Shrove Tuesday? 🥞
#ShroveTuesday, also known as #PancakeDay, is the day before Lent begins.
It's a day of celebration and feasting, traditionally using up rich ingredients before 40 days of fasting and preparation for Easter.

If God answers ‘Yes’, He is increasing your faith.
If ‘Wait’, He is increasing your patience.
If ‘No’, He has something better for you.
