Can someone explain the “estimated” pick up times at @uber? Uber says estimated pick up is 5 minutes. But Uber has a feature of “finding” your driver. That took five minutes. And then the estimated wait time that was displayed six minutes when the driver was found. So Uber’s wait time is off by over 100%. What is stopping uber from estimating wait time for pickup at 2 minutes but finding a driver is 25 minutes?
