Regulation of short-term lets in England is not fit for purpose, and unenforceable. In the midst of a housing crisis we need licensing to be introduced to protect long-term housing supply.

We had a great first day of @GlobalReformbnb in @AHLA's backyard, Washington D.C.! Attendees from all over the world traveled far and wide to talk unregulated short-term rentals (STR) and how it affects the industry.
AHLA’s Matt Carrier moderated a great panel discussion with former U.S. Federal Trade Commissioner Terrell McSweeney and AHLA Allied Member @kalibrilabs CEO Cindy Estis-Green on the future of digital distribution and best practices.
