With the Retweet Step, we do show a preview of the tweet, but outside of that, we should be increasing visibility. We will probably automate in the step title itself, alongside as a sentence above the Follow/Verify buttons in the dropdown.

Acknowledged. I agree that this should be clearer. I have escalated this internally. We should be able to just use the username you provide and auto-populate the data.
