As part of our recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, ESG was honoured to welcome Dr. Sean Lessard from the University of Alberta. Dr. Lessard shared his personal story, humour, wisdom, and passion for youth, while also sharing his gifts as a writer.

The Jr High students were lucky to have the @St Albert Public Library come in and do a “Book Talk” to help inspire reading choices for our Reader’s Workshop and beyond. It’s so exciting to see so many different genres, our TBR (to be read) lists are full!
